At the end of 2024, and fresh of the back of winning an ACRA for Best Music Host (Provincial) for his role hosting i98FM‘s workdays, Cam Hilder decided to leave radio and head back to his home town of Trangie in NSW, his family and truck driving.
But you don’t lose the love of a good story and in Trangie Cam found himself surrounded by copious of the weird, wild and couldn’t possibly be true variety.
Some came via his mate Lottie Rae. Lottie’s a lot of things – an artist who recently sold an original to Gigi Hadid for Bella, painted Ken Done for the ABC’s portrait artist of the year and featured recently on Australian Survivor.
What else was there to do but start a podcast together!
So far they’ve covered the extraordinary survival of Ricky McGee in the Tanami Desert, Rodney Fox, who developed a love affair with Great White Sharks after being attacked by one and more that are too good to be true.
