FAIRFAX Media has confirmed its largest shareholder, Gina Rinehart, has not put forward any motion against the board or chairman Roger Corbett.
Mrs Rinehart has passed up the opportunity to use the company’s annual general meeting to apply more pressure on Mr Corbett, reports The Australian.
