Activist agrees to stop the ‘loonies’

The mastermind behind an online campaign that has been crippling 2GB and its advertisers has met with the head of the radio network and will now stop small businesses being bombarded with emails.The 11th-hour telephone conversation between online activist Nic Lochner and Macquarie Radio chief Russell Tate came after The Daily Telegraph informed Mr Lochner that small businesses had servers crash and sales halted because of the online campaign against Alan Jones.
