FORMER FIVEaa radio producer Andrew Knoller Pearce betrayed the trust of close friends by sexually abusing their son, a court has heard. In July, Pearce, 59, of Valley View, was found guilty at trial of two counts of persistent sexual exploitation of a child. He committed the offences between September 1994 and December 2002 – his victims, both male, were under the age of 17 at the time. Pearce was found not guilty of six other sex-based charges.
