In court yesterday, in the latest twist on the Hinch blog matter, prosecutor John Langmead argued tweets from Mr Hinch’s @HumanHeadline Twitter account aggravated the breach. Mr Langmead said Hinch was guilty of sub judice contempt, whether or not anyone read the words he published.
