Rage Against the Menopause back for season two

Rage Against the Menopause is back with Season Two, delving deeper into a health issue that impacts more than a billion women globally.

Hosted by The Christian O’Connell Show’s Patrina Jones, or “Pats”, this season of Rage Against the Menopause will once again candidly talk about perimenopause and menopause, along with motherhood, endometriosis and maintaining a mid flush high-profile career. The podcast aims to break the stigma around menopause and build a community of support for other women to let them know they’re not alone.

Patrina said:

“I am so thrilled to be launching this next season of Rage Against the Menopause. I go there – it will be just as raw, honest, informative and entertaining and will include tips for men – from other guys – on how to help support women, after a massive response from blokes around the world to my debut series.

To have people come up to me in the street and say things like ‘Your podcast has been a lifesaver, thank you’ has been utterly overwhelming.  Perimenopause and menopause will impact 1.2 billion women globally by 2030 and they don’t feel heard.  My podcast is building a community and letting women know they’re not alone BUT it’s the response from men that has really taken me by surprise.  Everyone has a role to play in helping break the stigma.”

The first episode of Rage Against the Menopause Season 2 featuring our beloved Radio Today writer and editor Sarah Patterson. Future episodes guests include singer Kate Ceberano, Greens Leader Larissa Waters, Broadcaster and Counsellor Brigitte Duclos, Businesswoman, Author and former Real Housewives of Melbourne star Chyka Keebaugh, Personal Trainer Mitch Little, Dr Sonia Davidson from the Jean Hailes Foundation and Obstetrician-Gynaecologist Dr Brad Robinson.

Rage Against the Menopause Season 2 is available now, with new episodes released every Thursday on the free iHeart app or wherever you get your podcasts.
