MediaWorks has appointed Anna Henvest as Head of rova Podcast Studio with the newly created role a commitment to expanding audience engagement and building commercially sustainable digital audio products as demand continues to grow.

Henvest joined MediaWorks as Executive Podcast Producer in late 2025 and is an internal promotion. She will lead the direction and performance of rova Podcast Studio, overseeing content strategy, editorial standards, production capability, commercial growth and audience engagement across the business’s podcast network.

Anna has launched and overseen titles including Let Her Finish, Kiwi Yarns, Where’s My Money? and A Little Bit Extra.
