2GB and presenter Alan Jones have hit back at a defamation lawsuit by controversial magistrate Pat O’Shane, claiming Jones’ criticisms of her were "substantially true" and also using the Opinion defence, reports the Daily Telegraph Ms O’Shane claims the comments defamed her because they implied she deserved to be removed from her position as a magistrate.
