Allegation of broadcast breach puts Fairfax chairman-elect Nick Falloon on hold

Fairfax Media chairman-elect Nick Falloon has been forced to step aside from the board of the newspaper publisher as the media regulator investigates a possible breach of the Broadcasting Services Act.
