ASIC probes Southern Cross directors over share trades

The corporate regulator is investigating share trading by directors at Southern Cross Media Group, 11 months after the trading was first revealed by The Australian.

The Australian Securities & Investments Commission did not deny a report that it is conducting an ongoing investigation into trades by former Southern Cross chairman Max Moore-Wilton and deputy chairman Leon Pasternak in the weeks prior to Southern Cross’s confirmation of the return of successful drive radio duo “Hamish and Andy” in 2014.
