Clear Channel 1Q Profit Rises 6 Percent

Broadcast giant Clear Channel Communications Inc. said Thursday its first-quarter profit rose 6 percent, driven by rapid growth in the outdoor advertising business and a smaller bump in revenue from its radio stations.
