Clive Palmer has angrily terminated an interview after just 90 seconds, calling an ABC radio host a "deadbeat" for asking questions about assault allegations against his Victorian candidates. Mr Palmer, who is well known for showing a short fuse when questioned by the media, told ABC Melbourne host Jon Faine to "just wake up to yourself" after Faine raised decade-old allegations relating to the Palmer United Party’s top two Victorian Senate candidates, retired sportsmen Barry Michael and Doug Hawkins.
