A dark cloud has gathered over the national broadcaster in Perth, as the ABC TV news will no longer have a dedicated weather presenter. Due to budget cuts, Russell Woolf, who has presented the weather since 2006, will no longer be presenting the nightly weather report in the 7pm news bulletin on the ABC.
