End of a radio era as much-loved host Kim Napier bids farewell after 20 years behind the mic

AFTER 20 years on Hobart’s airwaves one of Tasmania’s most recognised voices is stepping down from the microphone. Kim Napier is saying goodbye to early mornings and has announced her retirement from the Kim and Dave show on Heart 107.3. As of December 19 — her last day on air — she says will be unemployed and looking for a new job in Adelaide where she is based with her husband and son.
