A Former BBC radio presenter, 40, has died after being hit by a train just months after giving birth to her second child in what her family believe was a "tragic accident".
Mother-of-two Kelly Jobanputra, from Swindon, Wiltshire, left home on Friday lunchtime to go shopping but never returned.
