A NARRE Warren woman proposed to her boyfriend live on radio’s Nova 100 as part of a leap year wedding proposal competition last Friday.
With the help from Hughsey and Kate, Carolyn Dewit proposed to her now fiancé Steve because she was sick of waiting for him to do so.
