One of Robin Williams’ iconic performances was in the 1987 movie Good Morning, Vietnam. The film featured Williams loosely portraying the real-life Adrian Cronauer, a former United States Air Force sergeant and deejay who served in Saigon during the Vietnam War between 1965 and 1966.
