Jon Faine has slammed ABC management after a technical failure ruined Ian Henderson‘s final news bulletin.
During what was meant to be Hendo’s final sign-off, after hosting ABC Victoria’s 7pm news bulletin for more than 25 years, the screen froze for about 30 seconds.
The Melbourne newsroom couldn’t get back up and running before 7.30, and Hendo wasn’t able to bid loyal fans farewell.
The ABC have announced that Hendo will be back tonight to present "his final, final ABC News Victoria bulletin.”
