THEY are the final piece of the puzzle in this year’s drivetime radio battleground and like all the main players Dave Hughes and Kate Langbroek are out to break the ‘Melbourne’ barrier. For the first time in the history of commercial FM radio, all three of the major networks — DMG (Nova), The Australian Radio Network (Kiis FM) and Southern Cross Austereo (2Day FM) will be broadcasting much of their national drive shows out of the Victorian capital.
