Sydney property developer Jean Nassif and radio king Ray Hadley have temporarily benched their lawyers as they privately negotiate over a lawsuit brought by the Toplace owner, a court has heard.
Mr Nassif launched civil action against 2GB star Mr Hadley in July this year over a series of broadcasts he claimed defamed him.
