OneMob Radio is a new First Nations internet radio station based in Gumbaynggirr Country that focuses on showcasing and celebrating Aboriginal people, stories, achievements and culture.
The station has been established by founder Lachlan Skinner after a number of years hosting a weekly Goori radio program on a community radio station in Coffs Harbour.
Mr Skinner says, “Coffs Harbour and surroundings has the deadliest Aboriginal Community but no First Nations media platform to promote and celebrate our people, stories, achievements and culture. We decided to create our own station in order to dedicate more time and airspace to highlighting and promoting all of the amazing things our people are up to”
