Ray Hadley launches stunning attack on NRL CEO Dave Smith

RAY Hadley has launched a stunning attack on NRL boss Dave Smith, labelling the former banker a "dunce" and suggesting Smith goes "back to banking and do it sometime sooner rather than later".
