Mark Skurnik, a former ABC presenter and producer in Victoria who spent at least a decade at the ABC and was host of Victorian Statewide Regional Country Sunday, was notified on April 20 that he was redundant "due to his position no longer being required". But Mr Skurnik, supported by the Commonwealth Public Sector Union, alleges the ABC did not comply with its enterprise agreement, reports The Australian.
