Robinson gets right to sue broadcaster Laws

Former Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC) deputy chairman Ray Robinson has been granted the right to proceed with defamation action against Sydney broadcaster John Laws, despite a delay of more than a decade.
