Three-way shootout: Digital radios

Here’s a perfectly fair question to ask about portable radios: why would you spend $100 or more on a digital when the analog equivalent is one-quarter the cost? But digitals have their attractions. If you listen to more than just the game of the week, and especially if you like discovering new music, digital is worth the outlay. For a start, it sounds better.
