JUST days before she begins the biggest job of her career, Em Rusciano has revealed that she initially turned down the offer to replace Rove McManus and Sam Frost as host of the 2Day FM breakfast show.
The popular personality was offered the job on Christmas Eve by the Hit Network’s head of content, Gemma Fordham. “Initially I said no,” Rusciano told news.com.au, “because I said I don’t think I can do it and I don’t want to go crazy again.” But Fordham then delivered a motivational speech worthy of a halftime address by a coach on Grand Final day.
