2DU and Zoo FM General Manager 2026

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth across our two stations in the vibrant regional city of Dubbo.

To be successful in the role, you’ll deliver strong commercial outcomes, foster a positive station culture, and ensure all our internal and industry compliance obligations are met — without losing sight of what makes radio exciting, local and relevant.

This role will suit you if you can show us you:

  • Are confident, organised and people-focused
  • Can balance creativity with accountability
  • Can manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Have the communication and negotiation skills necessary to build rapport and close deals
  • Are comfortable making decisions and having difficult conversations when required
  • Are keen to represent our business professionally with staff, stakeholders, and the wider community

A background in sales and business development, ideally within media, is desirable, but we are also open to talent from other sectors.
