About the Role

Join our Technology Support Team NSW, where you will provide local and national technical support across a range of ip media technology and broadcast systems.

Day to day responsibilities will include;

  • Providing advanced technical support, investigating and logging faults and implementing workarounds and emergency fixes.
  • Technical monitoring of broadcast systems to minimise disruption, on a state and national basis.
  • Supporting the management of minor and major broadcast technical projects.
  • Consulting and communicating with clients to identify and analyse their needs, advising on potential solutions and resolving generally complex technical issues.

This role involves working a 24/7 roster, travel intra and interstate and requires a drivers licence.

About You

You will have excellent communication skills, a strong client focus and ability to convey generally complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a broadcasting industry with IP broadcast experience highly regarded. You will be able to you  to demonstrate advanced capability in technical support functions, including troubleshooting, fault resolution, maintenance, upgrades, installation and operations.

You’ll also possess exceptional organisational, consultation and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing priorities and ability to identify and assess client needs.

You will join an established team who will welcome and support you in getting up to speed understanding the ABC and feeling part of the Technology Support team. This is a great opportunity to join an iconic Australian brand.
