Your New Position

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and experienced sales leader to take the reins of our well-established Victorian and South Australian sales teams and drive our business growth.

The role requires someone who is a target-driven and results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record in sales and leadership. A critical capability in the successful delivery of this position will be the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team and partner with them to achieve their goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and exceed team sales targets and KPI’s
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Manage, lead by example, and communicate with a coaching style
  • Work with your team to develop new business opportunities for ATN
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing customised solutions to meet their requirements and grow this skill across your team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to continue to refine marketing materials and support sales efforts, including presentations, brochures, and proposals
  • Multitask, problem solve and generate innovative advertising solutions
  • Deliver accurate reporting using the company resources and CRM

About You

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the media and entertainment industry
  • Established industry connections and relationships in Melbourne and Adelaide
  • An inspiring leader, communicator and negotiator, you know how to get buy-in from your team to ensure unity and success
  • You excel at creating and maintaining strong relationships with current and new clients, partners, your colleagues, and your team
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and budgeting.
