Since our recent launch in June, our new national Talk network has been capturing Australian hearts and minds – resonating with small businesses, entrepreneurs, startups and aspirational audiences seeking contemporary business content, conversation and community.
Encouraged by the initial market feedback, we’re eager to expand our sales team.
We’re currently seeking a proficient Direct Sales Executive.
This role involves collaborating with our Chief Commercial Officer and team to explore revenue opportunities from direct clients in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:
- Adhering to, and exceeding, set financial targets, both monthly and quarterly.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet revenue objectives.
- Generating and presenting proposals to prospective clients.
- Upholding and articulating the Disrupt Radio brand.
- Staying abreast of competitive products within the radio and media industry.
- Harnessing knowledge of Australian media to identify opportunities for Disrupt Radio.
What we would love you to have:
- Prior experience in direct radio sales.
- Established network of business affiliations and direct client relationships.
- Proficiency in promptly discerning and understanding client requirements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation with a proven track record in sealing deals.
- Robust negotiation skills.
- A profound commitment to thriving in a startup environment, coupled with the ability to work autonomously and adapt swiftly to change.
