The Total Audio Content Partnerships Executive is responsible for delivery of client projects across Nine’s radio & podcast assets, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience with Nine.
You will work collaboratively across different divisions within our business, from sales to content partnerships, through to creative and production, to consistently deliver project outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations. You will build and maintain amazing relationships with a diverse range of internal teams, including our broader powered team, sales, programming, and other support functions such as trade marketing, research and insights and commerce, to consistently deliver project outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations.
Supporting a Content Partnerships Manager, you’ll develop a thorough understanding of our customers’ needs and goals, ensuring quality of execution. You will also look for ways to optimise a client’s experience to deliver valued and memorable customer interactions and commercial outcomes.
Day to day, you will:
- Work as an expert project manager implementing radio & podcast integrated campaigns to ensure you deliver a market-leading experience to our clients.
- Be highly organised and capable of managing multiple teams and projects at different stages.
- Be a problem-solver who can act quickly and effectively. You’ll need to follow your instincts to anticipate and handle problems, and to communicate them to the content partnerships manager for resolution
- Be responsible for relevant communications, effectively managing conflict resolution, and compliance with campaign deliverables, with support from the content partnerships manager
- Work closely with our sales and content teams & talent, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Operate effectively in a solutions-based culture and demonstrate proactivity and collaboration at all times.
- Be the lead on your designated portfolio, provide content integration specialist support and knowledge to sales teams & wider Content Partnerships team
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse internal and external teams, coupled with excellent pitch and negotiation skills to effectively sell ideas. - Strong Project Management & Attention to Detail:
Highly organised with outstanding project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a relentless focus on quality output while working to deadlines. - High Ownership & Proactive Problem-Solving:
Demonstrate high levels of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to proactively solve problems and think strategically. - Passion for Audio:
A genuine enthusiasm for audio as a medium, with, ideally, experience in radio/audio. - Communication & Collaboration:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team-player mindset and the ability to relate to individuals at all organisational levels. - Adaptability & Experience:
Thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment, with approximately 2 years of relevant experience. - Tech Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Sheets
