We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to lead the Brisbane Sales Team. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for revenue delivery and successful commercialisation across broadcast, DAB+, streaming and podcasting assets. Leading a local team of sales professionals, who engage with both independent and major agencies representing major national clients as well as local SMEs, you will devise strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets and lead the coaching and development of the team.
This leadership role requires critical lateral thinking to drive commercial success across NOVA Entertainment’s wide range of audio assets. As we continue to launch new products and reach consumers via new digital assets, it is essential you can identify and influence the behaviours and outcomes to satisfy the strategic imperatives of the organisation whilst developing the skills and capabilities of your team.
As a thought leader within the Brisbane market, you will leverage your relationships to be the voice of customers to ensure that we are focused on developing and implementing commercial solutions to meet current and future market requirements.
You will have had at least ten years leading high-performing sales teams and be able to demonstrate how your existing relationships within media, marketing or creative sectors can influence commercial outcomes. Having a strong understanding of the media ecosystem will enable you to identify new business opportunities and innovative omnichannel advertising solutions designed to grow our clients’ businesses.
