About the role

A unique opportunity exists to join the RCS Australia Support Team. We are looking for a customer-driven person to service our ever-increasing number of clients using our best-of-breed software. This full-time role will utilise your communication and customer service skills to effectively provide support for our clients.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Evaluate, prioritise, and provide technical support for incoming requests made via telephone and email
  • Provide 24/7 emergency support at least once per month as part of an on-call rota
  • Computer System Administration
  • Installation and training of RCS software products
  • Based in Sydney with some inter-state travel

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in the radio industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Effective written and oral communicator
  • Experience with service desk support processes and management
  • Use of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows operating systems
