A unique opportunity exists to join the RCS Australia Support Team. We are looking for a team player to service the ever-increasing number of clients using our industry-leading broadcast software. If you love helping people and enjoy solving problems, this full-time gig might be just the thing for you.
Here’s an overview of what this role involves:
- Helping clients troubleshoot and fix issues with our RCS Traffic software.
- Collaborating with clients and teammates to sort out technical questions quickly and clearly.
- Keeping track of support conversations and sharing helpful tips to improve our knowledge base.
About you
Here’s what we’re looking for in the right candidate:
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Collaborative outlook and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Teams.
- Experience in the radio or broadcast industry.
- Familiarity with RCS software products, including Aquira, is preferred.
