5PI Reunion - Will you be there?

Monday 06 October, 2014

Unless you worked there at some point in your career, you probably won't. Even then, it's a long way to go.

There are few radio markets in Australia as remote as Port Pirie S.A. Funny how stations just like 5PI had a habit of launching some of the biggest careers in radio.

Even the call sign no longer exists as it is now serviced by Grant Broadcasters' 5CS Centre State 1044 AM which covers Port Lincoln and Whyalla as well.

A number of high profile alumni have already signed up to make the trek. It promises to be a gret event.
