Jack Heverin joins former Socceroo Josh Kennedy for World Cup series. 

Former Socceroos striker, Josh Kennedy hits the airwaves tonight hosting 1116 SEN’s Road To Russia show – dedicated to covering all of the action of the 2018 World Cup.

The show will run from 4 June – 11 July at 7:00pm – 8:00pm each evening, co-hosted by 1116 SEN all-rounder Jack Heverin.

The duo will provide listeners with in-depth analysis of the World Cup, including insights and interviews with past and present players, expert commentators and influential figures to discuss and dissect all the action.

“The World Cup is the pinnacle of sporting events globally and is consistently the most followed sporting event worldwide. Road to Russia will place our Australian listeners at the forefront of all the action,” Kennedy said.

“I have been lucky enough to play for the Socceroos at two World Cups and will never forget that experience. I cannot wait to see which of our Socceroos announce themselves on this huge stage.

“There are so many incredible players from around the world in action and the quality of football will be spectacular. I can’t wait to join Jack Heverin and discuss it all on 1116 SEN,” Kennedy added.
