For over 14 months, the 92.5 Gold FM Secret Sound has plagued the Gold Coast, but now the secret has been finally revealed!

Following the recent jackpot from $15,000 to a whopping $20,000 even more people tried their luck as guesses were taken every hour throughout breakfast and across the day over the last two weeks. But it was long term player Peter Mulhall from Nerang who finally got it right!

Mr Mulhall claimed on-air that it was largely due to the clues given away on-air throughout Richard and Sarah’s Breakfast Show. Which he taped and replayed all morning, before finally calling through just before 3pm with the correct answer -‘pulling two buckets apart’.

It was Drive Announcer Kieron Atkinson that took the nerve wracking winning call. ‘I had to keep asking him to repeat it just to make sure he really got it, and I can’t believe after all the calls Richard and Sarah have taken over the year, it was up to me to tell someone they’d just won $20,000!’

It was especially sweet for Mr Mulhall, as it was his wife Wendy’s Birthday!
