The 3rd annual 2TM Discovered quest is now open for submissions with the concert to decide the winner and featuring two songs by each of the finalists held at Centrepoint Tamworth on Saturday 25th January 2025.
Up-and-coming country music vocalists from all over Australia are encouraged to submit a demo via the 2TM website, showcasing their original work.
Five finalists will then be chosen and invited to perform at the Discovered concert, hosted by 2TM’s breakfast announcer Sharnae Birkett, during the 2025 Tamworth Country Music Festival. They also get to individually co-host the 2TM Breakfast Show with Sharnae over five consecutive days of the week leading up to the concert.
After the 2TM Discovered concert, a panel of three recognised judges will decide the winner and give an encouragement award. Prizes for the winning entrant include a 2TM Discovered trophy and airplay on 2TM with the encouragement award recipient also receiving a trophy.
Submissions close on November 3 2024. The five finalists being revealed on November 29. Interviews on 2TM with each artist will feature the following week.
