Brian Crabbe’s tribute to Bob Rogers was organised while Bob was still at 2CH and features highlights from Rogers’ many years in the industry.
You can listen to 2RRR on 88.5FM if you’re in Sydney or online: https://www.2rrr.org.au/
2RRR also received a visit from the Communications Minister Michelle Rowland. Chris Davis, 2RRR’s Youth Jukebox broadcaster who is in Year 12 at Hunters Hill High School, got the opportunity to interview the Minister about the government’s increased investment in community radio and other matters.

Station Manager, Natalie de Silver said:

“Chris prepared a series of questions for the Minister with very little notice. He covered in-depth issues like the government’s battle with Meta (formerly Facebook) over news content, and the government’s attempts to ban so-called misinformation and disinformation.”

Youth Jukebox is on Mondays to Thursdays from 4:00pm. 2RRR also awards Youth Scholarships embracing formal radio training, podcasting, production and presenting.
