The building which houses 2ST and 94.9 Power FM in Nowra, rented by ARN, is up for sale with selling agents Integrity Real Estate saying the property is ‘underpinned by an established A-grade tenant on a long-term lease, ensuring stability and excellent rental return from day one.’

Stolzy and Issy (Glenn ‘Stolzy’ Stolzenhein and Issy Capone – pictured main) returned to air on Monday January 12 on Power FM. Issy joined the Nowra team in April 2025 from Muswellbrook where she’d previously been on breakfast with Krystal Roker.
