On January 17, 2025 the staff and volunteers of Noosa FM 101.3 celebrated 30 years on air with an estimated 250,000 plus hours of music played and recently upgraded on-air and podcast studios thanks to a grant from the Sunshine Coast Community Bendigo Bank.
The beautiful and ever growing Sunshine Coast of Queensland has always had a flourishing community radio listenership and presenter stability. Vicki Riley has been music director for 10 years and was awarded the Barry Charles Award in 2024 for her commitment to the role, Australian music and the station.
A group picture of many of the station volunteers is below with Noosa FM President Sibylle Reisch front and centre holding the seedling.
