The latest rumour surrounding the sale of 3AK has come to radioinfo from a friend of a gardener who does the lawns of the neighbour of one of the board members of DCL and has listened to 3AK on at least two occasions.

They suggest that Reject Shop legend Ron Hall is prepared to pay $5.2 million dollars for the opportunity to prove that he’s also the programming legend he thinks he is.

If this is true, the transaction would be tricky as Ron Hall is on the board of 3AK.
