4TTT jazzes up the party

Townsville’s 4TTT FM will broadcast live from the opening concert of The Magnetic Island Great Tropical Jazz Party next Friday night from 8 – 10pm.

4TTT’s General Manager, Sally Appleby told radioinfo: “This is a first for the Jazz Party and 4TTT to broadcast a major live event like this is very exciting”.

The live concert will feature Six Pack Jazz and Captain Nemo and will be hosted by 4TTT Jazz Presenter Lynne DeJong.

“Following the successful broadcast from Palmer Street a few months ago as part of the 4TTT Palmer Street Jazz Festival we felt it only appropriate that we bring the magic of the Great Tropical Jazz Party to the listening audiences from Ingham to Bowen,”Appleby says.
