After a huge build up over the past two weeks and concerns that the race may need to be postponed due to weather conditions, Nova’s Kate, Tim & Marty Great Pigeon Migration took place this afternoon.
Over the past two weeks listeners have been awarded the right to name and temporarily own a homing pigeon to compete in this ‘prestigious race.’
After assistance from the pigeon handler, just before 6pm tonight, Grant Denyer declared 50 Shades of Grey as the winner.
