90 years of radio in Deniliquin celebrated in new book

A new book called 90 Years of Radio History in Deniliquin and Echuca will celebrate exactly what is says on the cover with an invitation to all former employees and people associated with 2QN, and in more recent years Edge FM, to the book launch on December 7, 2024.

The book, written by Ian Lea traces back to the 1930’s and the region’s first station 2AK, established in 1931. It ceased and 2DN was then created to broadcast at the Deniliquin Show in 1934. 2DN became 2QN the following year.
