Andrew Nye has resigned as ARN’s Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately and with gardening leave for six months. James Marsh will act as CFO while a recruitment process takes place.

ARN CEO and Managing Director Ciaran Davis acknowledged Nye’s contribution to ARN over the last eight years and the five he has been CFO.

Nye was involved in key transactions for the network including the acquisition of ARN Regional from Grant Broadcasters, the demerger of NZME and the disposal of Australian Regional Media.
