92.5 Triple M Gold Coast to rebrand for one day

Tomorrow 92.5 Triple M Gold Coast will officially rebrand for the day to Gold Coast’s 92.5 Bonnie FM to celebrate the extraordinary achievements of local Bonnie Hancock.

When Bonnie walked out of the ocean onto the Gold Coast on August 28, after completing a record-breaking 12,700km circumnavigation of Australia on a surf ski, and raising $78,000 for mental health charity @gotcha4life.

She broke four World Records, and saw crocodiles, whales and sharks while battling massive sea swells, and surviving acute sea sickness.

Tomorrow 92.5 Triple M Gold Coast will pay tribute to Bonnie declaring it Bonnie’s Day, officially rebranding for the day and launching the Bonnie Burger at Northcliff SLSC and helping her to reach her goal of $100,000.

Flan, Ali, & Spida will broadcast live from the club from 6am to 9am, joined by Bonnie.

Ali Plath says, “I am absolutely in awe of what Bonnie has achieved. Through sheer determination, physical strength and a level of courage that is incomprehensible, Bonnie managed to smash four world records paddling around Australia, despite being faced with high seas, sharks, crocodiles and seasickness that had her hospitalised along the way.

“This deserves applause, it deserves the whole Gold Coast and then some to pay tribute….. how better than for Bonnie to be immortalized in a burger at the iconic Northcliff SLSC.”
