ABC Adelaide gets ready as South Australia heads to the polls

South Australians head to the polls on March 21 to vote in the state elections. Before then ABC Adelaide is asking listeners what matters to them?

Mornings presenter Rory McClaren (pictured) will host an Election Forum Discussion with leaders and candidates from each of the parties from 9am – 11am this Wednesday March 11. He also has the 90-second guide to ‘the week that was’ each Friday.

Premier Peter Malinauskas and Opposition Leader Ashton Hurn, with Rory as moderator will be at the SA Business Chamber and SA Press Club 2026 Leaders’ Debate this Friday March 13 from 12.30pm. 891 ABC Adelaide and ABC TV will broadcast the debate live.

Breakfast with Sonya & Jules will feature the key election issues, news and interviews, with some help from ‘Hans’ aka Matt Gilbertson, to find some laughs amongst the politics. Listen in from 5.30am each weekday and every Friday when Sonya, Jules & Rory end the week with The Spin Cycle from 8.35am.
