This morning triple j’s Tom and Alex took on a whole bunch of challenges and dares to raise money for the refugee crisis in Syria.

Among other things, they managed to get the MD of the ABC, Mark Scott to eat a chilli live on air.

UK comedian Mark Watson read the weather like the Count from Sesame Street.

For a whopping $1000 donation, Bendigo will now be included in the weather report.

For some big bucks, Breakfast host Tom Ballard was dared to wear drag for the entire show. Tom then pledged 20c for each like of the photo evidence on facebook – resulting in a generous donation of $5600 out of his own pocket.

To cap it off the boys sang nude karaoke, getting into their birthday suits for a full performance of ‘I Am Woman’.

Their efforts raised over $30000 for the Syrian refugee crisis.
