Australian musician Adam Brand joined Kix Hottest Country Breakfast host Kylie ‘Kylz’ Daniel this morning to help her co-host the show.

The fun in the studio was evident with the good mates ribbing each other about tattoos, pressing wrong buttons, pizza toppings and challenging each other to Spaghetti Bolognese cook-offs. Adam even did quite an entertaining weather read as well “hot as hell in North Queensland”.

The show was a big hit for Kix Hot Country with fans and a constant stream of phone calls congratulating the pair on a funny and entertaining breakfast.

Adam also let 2 big “cats out of the bag” this morning. One which saw him grab his mobile and play an unheard and as yet, unreleased song from his upcoming album and the other was about a new “doof doof” song coming up in the very near future.

On Facebook, the reach for this morning’s show surpassed 18,000 which is a jump of over 122% from last week reach. With over 250 comments received in the past 24 hours about Brandy, the team at Kix Hot Country are calling this breakfast show a ‘huge success’.

Adam’s brand new album “My Acoustic Diary” is set for release November 8.

Adam said at the end of the show: “Had the best brekky I’ve had in months with Kylz on the Hottest Country Breakfast this morning. Loved being in the studio with you guys. Can’t wait to do it again. Kylz, next time I want some eggs and beans.”
